Five's acclaimed design series is back with eight revisit programmes. The show focuses on couples and families who want to leave their old lives behind and move to a dream house in the country. They create their own homes to their own designs by renovating or modernizing old buildings. We return to see how our couples and families have got on since we left them and find out what it's like to be living the dream.
