Shine and Zeppotron collectively produce some of the biggest shows on TV including MasterChef (BBC1), Hunted (C4), The Summit (ITV), Would I Lie to You (BBC1) and Last One Laughing (Amazon UK).

Leon was Managing Director at Talkback/TalkbackThames for Fremantle UK between 2013 and 2019 creating, selling and overseeing hit shows including Too Hot to Handle (Netflix), Harry’s Heroes (ITV1), Celebrity Juice (ITV2), Through The Keyhole (ITV1), Your Face or Mine (Comedy Central), The Keith&Paddy Picture Show (ITV1), Alan Carr's Epic Gameshow (ITV1), QI (BBC2) and Never Mind The Buzzcocks (BBC2)

Before running Talkback Leon worked on Graham Norton, Dame Edna, Fantasy Football and The Friday Night Project.
