Before joining Shine in 2016, Bianca was a freelance Production Coordinator working across various labels including Twenty Twenty and Angel Eye Media, eventually finding herself at Shine and not wanting to leave! In 2017, Bianca transitioned from Production into the world of Talent, overseeing the hiring of all Editorial Talent from Loggers and Runners to Executive Producers, across all of Shine’s slate. To keep a finger on the pulse in a competitive market, Bianca is always networking with talent, setting up events in search of new hot shots and is always keen to support and develop talent from under-represented backgrounds.

She can often be found dancing (whilst networking of course!) the night away…
