Iona started at Shine TV in April 2024 and is the Executive Assistant to the CEO Leon Wilson. She also manages the diaries of the Senior Team, Creative Director - Jack Kennedy, Head of Development - Dee Ellis and Director of Programmes - Matt Bennett. She has worked as an EA for over 5 years and loves to be organised, loves excel and loves arranging events!

Before coming to Shine she worked in varying industries including Interior Design, Fashion and Construction before starting her television career at Hat Trick Productions on a maternity cover contract.

Safe to say she loves the world of telly and knew she wanted to stay within this industry. After coming back from Maternity leave herself was absolutely over the moon to be offered the EA role with the company who created some of her favourite shows like MasterChef and Hunted!
