With over 20 years of managing a wide range of Productions, Katy joined Shine as a Production Executive in 2012 and has been integral to all the major slates includingThe Island, Hunted, Banged Up. 

Prior to Shine, Katy surfed the freelance world enjoying her time at Reef TV, RDF, Pacific, Studio Lambert amongst others, as well as a good stint at ITV where she managed a wide range of projects, particularly enjoying sending Gary Lineker and Freddie Flintoff to Afghanistan for the Pride of Britain Awards.
